Katrina has been mentoring me since June last year. She has close read poems for me and her suggestions are always pertinent. Katrina has also made suggestions on the ordering of poems for a pamphlet collection, which has now been accepted for publication by Red Squirrel Press. She is very good at suggesting magazines which may like poems.

Katrina also runs a poetry mentoring and manuscript critique service to help poets putting together a pamphlet or first collection. Katrina NaomiKatrina holds a PhD in creative writing from Goldsmiths and has received several awards for her writing. In addition to teaching for Arvon and mentoring for the Poetry Society, she teaches for the Poetry School. She has previously taught at Goldsmiths and Falmouth University.

She is a member of the National Association of Writers in Education (NAWE), the Society of Authors and the Poetry Society. Katrina has a valid CRB certificate and public liability insurance.
