Poetry events for 2019

25 April – Penzance Launch – Launch of Typhoon Etiquette. The Edge of the World Bookshop, 25-26 Market Jew Street, Penzance, TR18 2HR. Phone 01736 365 607. Free event. 7.30 pm. Please book a place here, via eventbrite (it’s free) to ensure enough wine and cake on the night. Copies of Typhoon Etiquette will be on sale.

27 April – Reading at Porthleven Food Festival – 2 pm. Free. In the Literary & Acoustic Tent.

29 April – Falmouth Launch reading – with Falmouth Poetry Group members Caroline Carver, Gary Matthews and Penelope Shuttle, all reading from recent books, plus open mic. Falmouth Library, The Moor, Falmouth TR11 3QA. 7 pm. £3 for FPG members, £5 for non-FPG members – includes wine. All welcome. Bring a poem if you would like to take part in the open mic.

2 May – Shrewsbury Poetry reading, St Nicholas Cafe Bar, 24 Castle Street, Shrewsbury, SY1 2BQ, 7.30 – 10, with Emily Wilkinson.
