Penzance Poetry Parlour with Pascale Petit and Alyson Hallett

The last Penzance Poetry Parlour of 2018 is on Thursday 27 September and features Pascale Petit and Alyson Hallett. The event is hosted by Katrina Naomi.

Pascale Petit

Penzance Poetry Parlour works like this. Doors open at 7 pm, readings start at 7.30. Donations on the door, a minimum of £6 please – if you can afford more then Katrina can pay the poets more.

As well as a reading by both poets, there’s a Q&A, plus cava and popcorn.

There’s no pre-booking, it’s always busy, so first come, first served. And if you can’t get there until 7.30, bring a cushion to sit on, in case there’s no chairs left. But don’t worry, you’ll find somewhere to squeeze in.

If anyone has a disability and needs to guarantee a space for a wheelchair or needs to guarantee a seat, please let Katrina know in advance. Access: there is one small step at the front door and one step down to the toilets, everything else is flat. People will be available to help with access.
