Wilhemina Barns-Graham & poetry workshop

Katrina will be running a poetry workshop on 19 September, inspired by the art of Wilhemina Barns-Graham.

The workshop, ”Drop me a line: poetry and art in conversation’ will run from 2-4.30 at the Penlee House Gallery, Penzance, Cornwall. Places are limited to 12. Participants will also have entry to the Barns-Graham exhibition at the Gallery. Workshop tickets are available from the Gallery, £10/8.50  on 01736 363 625. For more on booking, see here.

Participants on the workshop will have the opportunity of having their poems displayed at Penlee House Gallery for National Poetry Day.

Katrina is a fan or Barns-Graham’s work and has already published poetry relating to her art, following a trip to Barns-Graham’s former home in Scotland. Katrina is a well-established workshop leader, with a PhD in creative writing from Goldsmiths.
