Katrina holds a PhD in creative writing from Goldsmiths and has received several awards for her writing, most recently the 2021 Keats-Shelley Prize for Poetry.
She is an experienced and sought-after tutor. Katrina teaches for Arvon, the Poetry School and Ty Newydd and mentors for the Poetry Society. She runs courses, workshops and one-to-one sessions via zoom and in person.

Katrina is a member of the National Association of Writers in Education (NAWE), the Poetry Society and is chair of the Society of Author’s Poetry & Spoken Word Committee.
She has a valid CRB certificate and public liability insurance.
